This pure single cane spirit is hand crafted over 10 weeks using Queensland’s finest molasses. It is fermented over 6 days before being expertly double pot distilled and rested for 8 weeks prior to bottling. This premium cane spirit contains no added flavours, sugars or ingredients.

This is the ultimate Rum Liqueur.
Crafted from 3 year old barrel aged Rum with a perfect blend of chocolate & macadamia. This little beauty is ready to be enjoyed straight over ice, in an espresso martini or drizzled over your ice cream.
