Made using Molasses, Water & Yeast. Before being double pot distilled at Kalki Moon Distillery. Then aged for 2 years 8 months in a single French Oak ex Australian Sherry Barrel.
Bottled at barrel strength of 63% ABV, March 2023 in 500ml Decanters. Non-chilled filtered with no added sugar or artificial flavours.
This is a Premium Single, Pure QLD Rum.
